Re: The emulation thread...

I'd certainly be in the thick of a bidding war (and would be happy for Shou to dump it for the rest of you of course) but I have a feeling we'll never see it for sale.

Re: The emulation thread...

Long time lurker, but this is awesome news. What he said. Rayforce is one of my favourite shooters but I was never keen on Storm/Crisis. I don't really do emulation but this could persuade me to bend my "no converted boards" rule. :whack: PS. Paul, fix the alerts! Happy to pay cashmoney f...

Re: Help with Sigma AV7000 / 9000TB

If you have a soldering iron, adding a kick harness or test button is relatively easy. Pin outs are here http://www37.atwiki.jp/pm-service/pages/14.html

The AV7000 has a 115/230V switch underneath.

Re: [XBLA/PSN] Jet Set Radio

It's a good port, looks great, sounds fine. Mine stutters when I unlock achievements. I'm afraid it's only reminding me why I prefer Future though. Terrible level design and frustrating physics. Still the "coolest" game ever made though.

Re: [DC/NG] Gunlord

I have the MVS. I had FS and LHPB as well, both of which I sold months later at cost when NG DEV were out of stock. I think Gun Lord is probably their best. Wasn't keen at first, it's a lot of money for something that still feels very indie to look at and play. Version 1.1 is a significant improveme...

Re: [XBLA/PSN] Jet Set Radio

It'll be a very basic 480p port like the other DC games on XBLA.

Re: The PGM2 thread

Legend haven't replied so I'm ordering from Excellent. I don't know what the release price is for China but all the PGM2 games have been available for $700-900 after just a couple of months. There's a small pic in WeLink's email showing the usual boxed red PGM2 system with cart, art, 4-player adapte...

All I recall was a teaser at the end of Konami's E3 trailer. Different game then?

Ukiyo-e

Anyone know where I can buy high quality ukiyo-e reproductions (ie printed with wood block, not a printer)?

I tried putting in firefly last night but man, this show is just bad. . It's one of my favourite shows ever :D The sci-fi/western mix is an acquired taste but it's all about the characters, their relationships and the humour amidst really good storytelling. BSG very nearly took it's crown but by th...

Fringe is my favourite TV show, I think it's better than The X Files. Also Dexter, Breaking Bad, Boardwalk Empire, True Blood. And, guilty pleasure time, I just started watching Spartacus Gods Of The Arena :D I started watching Blood & Sand out of curiosity after hearing about the OTT gore and t...

I can't remember what it said exactly but I definitely switched my Raijin power supply and ran it off 230V mains with a travel adapter plug. The Pana Twin wasn't switchable but the Raijin was.

1. Yes, videogameimports.com
2. I seem to recall you can open it up, switch the PSU to 230V and use a travel adapter plug.
