I'm not 100% sure of this, but I think the Master System Convertor can play games from every region. I don't think there were any region codes in Master System/Mark3 games. Also check out Ninja Gaiden! The Master System version is incredible! ;) Don't forget Master Of Darkness also, Sega's take on t...

I was enjoying Katamary Damacy and ESP Galuda untill friday. Then I picked up the domestic version of Disgaea and I'm glued to it. Can't think of another game I want to play right now. Perhaps a bit of Sega Rally. :)

I'm hopefull though, with the Square-Enix thing. And them setting up their own European publishing system if I'm not mistaken. Even Tales Of Symphonia is comming over, and Disgaea has been released. So pehaps we will finally be getting more Japanese RPGs over here. I've just got Disgaea 2 days ago a...

I like the way this one is comming together. Sure, the graphics might not be the best, but the whole atmosphere is lovely. It recreates the world of DQ perfectly in real 3D so I'm very pleased. The seem just right and I believe that this is one of the factors what will make this one a big hit. ;) Al...

As long as the port is very close to the arcade game I'll be happy. Milking or not. :P One game I'm truely hoping for is Sega Rally. I've been playing it again on Saturn last week and I came to the conclusion that it's still my favorite racing game.

-Certainly Katamary Damacy: The game is so fresh and extremely addictive. -Virtua Racing: I've barely played the arcade original, but I just love this port. -Virtual On Marz: It received lots of critisism, but after configuring the controls for the Dual Stick setup and spending enough time to addapt...

I finally started buying import games in september of '98, also with the Saturn. A couple of games made up my mind for me, namely Elevator Action Returns (solely for the arcade port of Elevator Action) and 1942 on Capcom Generations 1. Only a month after I've taken my baby steps I got my copy of Rad...

Well it has taken a bit longer than I expected, due to various circumstances. But the site is finally ready. :) You wouldn't happen to have that link graphic lying around somewhere? Cause I can't seem to find it. So I'm still using the old one for now. Hope you like it.

Just out of curiosity, how much does a mint copy of Panzer Dragoon Mini go for these days. Not that I would be willing to part with it, but it would be fun to know. I got my copy from a local import shop several years ago and paid about $120 for it then. The shop keeper didn't seem to eager to let i...

That's true. I didn't think of it that way. It does have something special to find a certain game you've been looking for for ages and get in in mint condition. Instead of just walking into your nearest convieniece store and picking up the re-release from the shelf.

My ESP Galuda copy has been preordered the day it was announced. :) I love shooters, especially vertical ones. New ones or very old ones. I hope it's just as good as dodonpachi daioujou, or perhaps even better. Can't wait for it to arrive.

Seeing how Japan seems to be Famicom crazed as of late it would have been nice to see Nintendo release a new version of the famicom and restart production on games. They could make a killing that way! On the other hand nintendo are raking in big bucks with the Famicom Mini line. so it probably was p...

How is Yoshinoya? I've seen a promo movie of it and it looks like the game is right up my alley. Right now I'm mostly playing Metal Slug 3 (PS2) and Virtua Racing (PS2), which I absolutely adore. Just got Wario World too and I'm surprised how much I'm enjoying it.

Hi, I've got a little question. I'm rebuilding my own fansite at the moment, which also deals with lesser known Japanese games. Now, I would like to put a link up to Japanese Gaming in my link section, but I can't seem to find any link banners. So I slightly modified the image of the top banner to u...
