WTB: Some import controllers for PS1/PS2...

Puchi Carat or Namco Dial Controller, and Saturn PS2 controller. With regards to Puchi Carat, it doesn't matter to me if I have to buy the game with the controller, or even what region it is, since I just want it for the controller. Or, if anyone has the Namco Dial controller, that would work just a...

PS1 Wolf Fang impressions...

Just got this game today, through a trade, and after playing it for a while on my modded PS1, I LOVE it! Very Happy Very Happy The sprite-based graphics are gorgeous, particularly one stage with snow-capped mountains! Mech customization is extremely user-friendly, and requires no knowledge of Japane...

I wonder if there's any chance that this will hit the States. I really wish XS would bring it over, as they did a great job with Shiki 2. Heck, even in Shiki 1, the gameplay was fully intact.

PSP and/or Hudson Selection Star Soldier OST??....

I'm very interested as to whether or not Hudson ever put out an OST for either of these games. I love the music in both, and I think a CD with tracks from both would definately rock! ;)

Anyone played PS1 Ao Zora to Nakama Tachi - Yume no Bouken?

Evidently this did also get a GBA release, which is the same game, but how does this game play? I really don't know anything about it, other then that it looks to be a PS1 platformer.

I don't suppose you know Italian? Because there is information on the Sharp X68000 port here, at the bottom of the page:

Flying Shark on the X68000?...

Evidently this game was released for the X68000, and, according to someone from the shmups forum, is only missing the parts where you blow up bunkers. I would really love to see some screens, or at least a box scan, or this game!

http://www.consoledatabase.com/consoleinfo/fujitsufmtownsmarty/ Now if I could just find a full game list for this system, and for the FM Towns... EDIT: This looks like a pretty complete listing of games for both the FM Towns and the Marty: http://www.videogamegazette.com/fmtowns/fmtowns.html

How accurate is the emulation in the Hamster Oretachi series

I know they've put out plenty of old-school shmups, but I'm just wondering how close these games are to the arcade originals.

Seriously, I cannot find that video anywhere. I clicked on the link above the "Windows Media Player", and it just took me to a page where there was no video. :? Maybe you have to be a Famitsu subscriber to watch it, so if any one has a link, that would be great. Found Sega's official website for the...

I love Neo; it's Gauntlet-Style gameplay and it's better then any Gauntlet game since IV came out on the Genesis. Definately worth a purchase. I can't locate the video for Ikusa on that Famitsu page; do you know where it is, Gaijin? IGN has a short description of the game; man I hope this get's rele...

WTB: PS2 Saturn Pad....

Import stores seem to be almost completely out of these, and if I can't get a hold of one, it's "bye-bye" PS2, because I am SICK of the Dualshock2.

So if anyone has one of these that they'd be willing to sell; please let me know! Thanks! ;) -Dave

How much Japanese do you need for PS1 Star Ixiom??...

I know this game got a PAL release, but I'm waiting on the Japanese release, which I bought new, and I am worried about how much Japanese it takes. I know that it is partly based on Famicom Star Luster, but I've played that on an emulator, and had no problems. Still, that's a less compilcated game.

According to some fans, the SFC games are the way to go. I played Uchu Kaizoku Akoging on the Playstation, and found it very enjoyable. The "new generation" one isn't bad, but is probably not for the Goemon purist. I'm not sure about the other two. Ok, thanks! I think Uchu got a PS1 Books release, ...

I've only played the two Famicom Goemon games, but found them to be pretty enjoyable.

So, what's the best one to get (or maybe to start out with) for the PS1?

I've read that the Japanese PS2 port of God of War doesn't have as much of the sex and nudity that the American version has. Is this true, and, if so, how much was removed?

WTB: GBA Steel Empire and Gradius Generation...

Looking for either or both of these shmups. I love the Japanese box art on Koutetsu Teikoku (Steel Empire), but neither game needs to have anything but the cartridge.

So if you have either one of these GBA shmups, and would like to sell, please let me know! Thanks! ;) -Dave
