Hey guys, this dude in my forum says he got the port of Arcana Heart and there's no progressive scan. This would be quite the fiasco if true.

Confirm/deny?

Where did you hear about the mechanics staying the same? I know nothing about this game but I want to make a thread on insomnia, so any info/links would be welcome, so I don't have to waste my time looking for them :)

Guys, I think it's a bit silly to debate whether the CEO of a company has any influence over what gets made. I mean if he doesn't who does? Of course that doesn't mean that if a new CEO came in and said "Right, boys, from today we only make ugly 3D cell-shaded shooters with extremely convoluted...

I did a writeup on these two stores a while back:

I sure would love to see people posting lists of PCB stores. I have about half a dozen addresses I might look up and throw in...

I'll say this about the Wii: it's the ugliest console of the lot. Especially if you use the vertical stand.

uhh, guys, it's recap? -> just ignore If I had to choose between ignoring recap and ignoring you, I'd choose you anytime. In fact I'd go as far as to say that whoever would choose differently is an idiot. I'm not all that clued up on...(insert anything here) And this is why. Also, MS7 lol.

Great show report GP, much appreciated. Still haven't seen the videos, as I'm on a very slow connection right now. But from the youtube stuff this game rocks all kinds of awesome. And yeah, shame you didn't get anything on OL2. I think it's the most interesting upcoming arcade game after Deathsmiles.

No wonder the Arcadia article had that tiny screenshot.

Cave and G.rev have gone nuts! The only STG developer that didn't end up surprising anyone was MileStone.

Yeah, sprite rotation is of course possible, but would it look anywhere near as smooth as in Zero Gunner 2? I don't think so.

ZebraAirforce: I think Raiden IV improves on all the areas you mentioned except the scoring system. It's a fun game.

I also think that Zero Gunner 2 is Psikyo's best. In fact it's on my top 3 shmups ever list. But I don't think it could or should have been done in 2D. What with all the rotating, it would be quite hard to animate, don't you think? I think that game is perfect as it is. Well, perhaps it would be bet...

I am sorry but I will have to comment on this. Whether a girl can "fuck right" or not is irrelevant if she is attractive. It's not as if it's that big of a deal to show her what you want anyways. And anyway, as far as I am concerned all she has to do is just sit there and take it. ;) And n...

I bought this on the day of its release, and wrote a review shortly after. It was the first google result for a while, but then I recoded my website and somehow ended up deleting it. Anyways, it's one of the most fun Xbox games I've played. Great graphics, music, sounds, weapons, stages and enemies,...

Dude this can't be serious. 2 activations? So no one will be able to replay the game in two or three years' time?

Sounds fishy.

Except if there is a deactivation process, which would therefore allow you to reactivate as many times as you want.

I bet this is the case?

Not so sure about ART direction... I only meant the world, not characters. I meant everything: world, characters, the whole lot. I just haven't seen enough of it to form an opinion. And yeah, it's on PC as well, and that's probably going to be the version to have, in the long run... (i.e. when I up...

Apparently, both graphics and sound kick ass. Not so sure about ART direction... And yeah, these guys have made some great PC games. However, what with the dumbing down caused by the xboxification process, this game might be a step back in several respects... Or not! I've no idea until I play it. Pe...
