Re: and it goes on and on...

 you should go look on gamefaqs. it's really stupid. half the people don't know what the hell they're talking about, and the other half agree with them. there's even a "should we sue mastiff" post, which makes me wish i was a lawyer so i could make some audi money off these folks. anyone makin...

Yeah, you can find some amazing deals on crappy brand new games there. But the inventory system is a little messed up. And buying many games there increases shipping a lot.

I'd like to ask you a question if I could: is there an difference between the PS and Saturn versions of Fist? Do you know which one is better, if any? Is there anime scenes in the game? Oh, and please tell me what type of game Falcata is.

How is Soul Hackers? I've been toying with picking it up, as it's only about $2-$3 game. There's also the Extra Dungeons (which is over $200) which is pushing me over the edge to try it out. I like trying out Saturn rarities, but I doubt you can play Extra Dungeons w/o the original. What are the ex...

I generally died to fast in Contra Hazrdcorp for it to ever get on my nerves. Maybe one of these days I should play the import version cause at least you have the 3 hit life in that game instead of a one hit and your dead. Why they changed the US version I'll never know. Yeah, but once you remember...

Yeah, groups of cheap and crappy games seem to sell higher than they normally would while groups of expensive games seem to sell less than invidual. Anyway, if you do have batches of games to sell and a specific price you're looking for, please post it here if you could. I'm always looking for more ...

I personally have never been much of fan of Treasure game and those of that kind of Style. I think Radiant Silvergun is probably the worst offender of that game. Not ot mention it's mostly just boss battle after boss battle. I tihnk to date Guardain Heroes was the only Treasure game I've really enj...

Yeah, I'm with Azazel here. Putting games up low expecting a curveball result is a big risk nowadays. Now is a time when people are pretty much ambivalent seeing games like Battle Garegga and Sengoku Blade for $70. I personally didn't like any of these games myself so I don't care. However, the same...

So how good or bad were those port for the PC? Anyone try out the Rockman Zero games on the GBA? I might try one of them or Rockman and Forte once I'm down with Castlevania Aria of Sorrow. The CV and Contra ports were solid with everything pretty much the same. CVII even had a few minor spelling co...

Some JP games supposedly require JP Windows but all the Japanese and Chinese games I've played work just fine on US OS's. Ys Eternal Story is among them.

A few romhackers discovered that Jackal is hidden somewhere on that Konami PC compilation too, though I'm not sure if anyone ever figured out how to unlock it. I'll probably pick up that Rockman collection when it comes out, I no longer have any of the NES games and its retailing for only $30 in th...

Hah, yeah, even if they did a boxed set, SCEA wouldn't let them sell it at regular price for a bunch of "old junk." And with CV and Contra on the PC, it was already shown that Konami has no interests in making full collections. Nor would I really appreciate a collection. It's still possible just lik...

How do people get hentai games in Japan anyway? Are they embarrassed to buy it from shops? Do they resort to secret telephone calls to mail order or prefer online orders or stuff like that? Or are they open about it?

I didn't even know that about Brainlord. I remember renting that back in the day and I never got very far into it. How would the main character work for the first Mystic Ark one cause you get to chose between 7 different characters? Or are they just talking about the generic strong fighting charact...

Actually, SCEA would very likely not mind since it would have to be released at a budget price and SCEA allows 2D games to be released at budget prices.

No info for or against the statement. IGA has always been for a CC2 but Konami was against it, naturally because CV games don't sell well nowadays. However, a mystery CV is supposed to be announced at E3 so we can wait and see what that one will turn out to be.

Well, I have the answer to none of your deeper questions except that it's all about the Super Famicom there, hence yes, they all refer to unreleased games in Japan. It doesn't apply whatsoever to the SNES. I also don't recall ever seeing a JP version of Stone Protectors; was there one? Anyway, being...

WTH? Like Ragnagard? Those sprites sucked. Damn, why am I remembering a really cool looking 32-bit SM game on GameFan back around 1995-1997 where everything was 2D? Is that just my nostalgic memory? Anyway, is there anything better in either version? I hear the Saturn version is slightly superior so...

Sailor Moon Super S Various Emotion

OK, I'm rounding up my Sailor Moon collection here so please bear with me even if it is supposedly a crappy game. Can anyone tell me about the game? Are the characters and backgrounds all 2D (aside from the 3D intro)? Is the game identical to the PS version or if not, which is better and why? From t...

Great new look. More friendly too. I'd agree that a few spattering of red would help it look even better.
