Got Zyclunt working but it's in rainbow color mode, even in Windows 95 compatibility.

First one came out on PC Engine, X6800, and FM Towns. The second came out on X6800, SFC, and FM Towns. Also I found a pretty similar game called Mad Stalker. I wouldn't be surprised if it was made by the same people. PC Engine: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=klPgcUNq5yU&feature=related Playstati...

After playing te FMT version I think the X68K would be worth trying for better resolution. The FMT seems to use SNES resolution.

In Genocide 2 does Betty have a limit? I wonder what the "Left" in the corner means. This game is awesome also. It's like if Masamune Shirow made Strider.

Well I can't seem to get it to work. Until then I'll try the Genocide games. The FM Towns ports of those are the best right?

Zyclunt & Genocide

Rolls off the tongue doesn't it?

I guess this is for Macaw. Do you know if this game has problems in DOSBox? I can't seem to get it to load after the developer logo.

After we figure this out we can discuss how cool this game looks in here.

I think it's the best Contra game, even with some problems (like Donkey Kong Country style hidden lives.) The best part is that there are stage designs again instead of mostly bosses, so the strategy is more improvisational.

You press down to eject. That will be relevant for when I beat it without up or down, which I played around with to see if it's possible and it is.

Hmm...I'll give it a shot.

Hello Isuke I hope you're doing well. The two Strider games and Osman are among the best side-view action games ever made and I thank you for your part in creating them. I'm really looking forward to Moon Diver!

It's their job to make the game balanced, not the player's. I agree but this issue easily falls within the bounds of reason. It's not like a Castlevania RPG where you gotta walk on eggshells and avoid half of the content to keep the game from getting piss easy. When it asks what bomb you want, you ...

I left a comment about their romanization. Not sure if they'll edit it or not. You mean "shouyuu reppa" and "shin shouryuu ken"? The SF series is so messed up with the way people think things are pronounced you might as well go along with "ha-dew-kin" and "zang-ge...

Doesn't seem too bad. It'd be nice if the character was positioned lower so you could go up the stairs/jump to a higher platform without getting blindsided.

Don't play for score? With some games it's best to ignore combo meters (e.g. Rockman X8.)
