I found the platforming parts more exciting than the beat-em up portion as there isn't much to do besides the special jump attacks and grapples are limited to throws. Wish there were dash attacks included. Visual style is definitely very reminiscent of the Marvel comics of the time.

Yeah the main tactic in the beat em up sections is to just stun guys with a few jabs, then throw them to the side where other enemies are to get everything on one side, at which point you do full normal combo's.

Spriderman is also the top tier character because his throws have the best arc for hitting other dudes.
