Sega's known for making all kinds of stuff like this. They usually only sell it through Sega Direct though. I generally don't bother with such things, as they only clutter up my pad, but I bought a Saturn mobile phone strap for shits and giggles.

Sega Toys is not exactly "Sega", is it?

Not really. They kind of fall in between Sega (the games) and Sega Amusement (I think is the name) -- the one that owns the arcades. I guess when it comes down to it, it's all "Sega".
