Espgaluda- How does the scoring system work?

Postby RadiantSvgun » Wed May 28, 2008 9:35 pm

I'm not that much of a score attack addict when it comes to shooters, I just like dodging bullets. But I can't figure how these guys are getting 1-4mill on the first stage alone. How does it work?

While I can't say I've had the privilege of owning ESPGaluda (looks like it's a lot of fun, btw)...I did a quick search, and it seems from this videothat you can dramatically increase your score by having a ton of bullets on-screen when you kill a particular enemy (though I have no formula to put definite math to it :/ ).

Long story short. Save up gems (green things). When you get a lot, go into kakusei mode. Allow the screen to fill up with bullets, then shoot whatever is spitting out the bullets. Chain them for maximum score.
