Help me recognize the instructions :d

Postby mog123 » Sat Jul 11, 2009 7:09 pm

Hey, I bought gran turismo games for the ps2 from layzee. I didn't buy them with boxes, cause they were in bad shape/broken. Now I see that there is one great hits version of gt3 a spec and one from the first release. I don't know which instruction comes with which cover. They both have the same index scps 15009. The only difference that I found is the back of the instructions, one has an additional trademark note. Here are the pics:

I really don't want to get them mixed up, can some1 help me with this?:p

Sorry, I don't remember which comes with which, nor was I even aware of that particular difference.

As far as I know, the only people who would take note of small variations like these would probably be Redump so you might want to try asking there.

A fetish of mine of some sort? Nah, probably just don't want to get it mixed, so that the games don't part with their rightful manuals if/when I sell them.

i have the original GT3 at home (at least i think i didn't bin the box and instructions!) so i can check tonight.

as someone off board mentioned , the GT3 insts. with the extra trade mark is almost certainly for the rerelease - the chances of something being removed from a second pressing of the game are zero, so it's likely to cover a trademark they missed out on.
