Lunar: Harmony of the Silver Star

Postby Gaijin Punch » Wed Nov 18, 2009 1:02 pm

Bought this...playing it, as I'm on a trip and it seems befitting. So far so good... can't say it will suck me into the RPG genre, as I generally have little time for that stuff these days, but I'm enjoying it. Anyone else get it?

It's coming, along with the soundtrack CD that's the main reason for my getting the JP version.

I'm nearing the end of the game, played about 20 hours. Should finish it off tonight. Decent, but not great remake. Main thing that drags it down is the repetitive 5 second loads every time you enter or exit an area (be it a house, a room in a house, whatever!). I also don't like many of the new dungeon maps.

Yes, the load times are definitely a drag. Seems like lame coding. Was hoping I'd eventually forget about it.
