I've gone to Try a few times since arriving here. At first it was hard to find the place because I remembered it having a green facade on the front and logos clearly spelling the name when I was last here over two years ago, but the building Google maps suggested to me does not say "Try" anywhere on the front of it — but it does go out of its way to advertise I think a karaoke service on the 8th floor. Even up close, the games listed on the various floors don't look at all compelling, but after riding the elevator up to the 7th floor, all the familiarity returned to me. There's a decent mix of old and new games there, and I was pleasantly surprised to see a cabinet running Makaimura right as I stepped out of the elevator. I put a few coins into it but was never able to clear one loop, but at least I got the pleasure of putting my proud white initials as the top score.
The one thing I wish Try would do that HEY already does is add a contact-less payment reader, because it's really convenient to pay for games using my Suica card.
