New game from Astro Port, sort of a follow up to Gigantic Army. Nearing completion according to the sites blog.

Demo version is out with 1 stage http://www.interq.or.jp/saturn/takuhama/ss.html

Traditional Japanese arcade style but with the control scheme of some modern Western games in the genre (WADS to move, mouse aiming for shooting, DOOM style gun inventory) which is something I like so no problem for me.

The action really becomes awesome toward the end of stage 1 where it starts throwing small and huge enemies at you simultaneously. Cant wait for full version.

The full version of this is godlike. Stages are epic as shit (the demo isn't even the entire of stage 1) with great setpeices and insane bosses (5+ bosses per stage). One of the best action shooters I've played.

Buy it http://www.7-iro.org/store/

I should get off my lazy ass and do just that.

My monitors have multiple inputs now so maybe it's time to crank up and fix my Windows XP box. I'd love to reinstall but I don't have the install disc any more. Maybe I should look for Windows 7 cheaply on Ebay.
