I was doing some research on PlayStation-era racing games and heard mediocre things about Runabout, but after watching this video, I've seen the light:

1 and 2 are good fun, highly recommend them.

I got used to that in Japan, but on the rare occasion when a YouTube video is region-restricted in the US, I am absolutely stunned.

Ah shit, I see that error too. When I watched the video I was connected to my company's VPN, which sends the requests from India.

Oh, really? I read some bad things about them online, but I'll check them out now. Have you played Double S.T.E.A.L. by any chance? That one looks more interesting to me, but I'll check out these spiritual predecessors too.
