Anything new ? I've been looking for Muchi Muchi Pork! clips (non-YouTube, high res) and Deathsmiles clips.

I was wondering if anyone had ever seen footage of Mushi Futari Red Label before. I've always been curious about it. GP, you're friends with INO, right? ;)

Who's INO?
The only footage that might be around is from that event, and I don't think I took any of that to be honest.

Oh, I confused INO with ISO.
I figured it would be hard to find :/
I've seen the Blue Label footage, pretty interesting. I wonder if Cave still have the ROMs sitting around on their hard drives somewhere.

I"m sure they have at least the source for all the stuff, if not the roms.

Why should they dump their work?

A rom isn't a dump. It's a chip that fits on a board. Change the code, reprogram the rom, swap it out, viola: new version. "romz" is short for rom dump. It is technically incorrect.

A clip from the best third person action game ever made:

Shinobi - Stage 8A speedrun All-Coins - 1min 54sec 27ms

Watch closely at the move he pulls off at the 25 second mark... crazy.

Nuts. Although that's Kunoichi, playing as another character (forgot the name...not Hotsuma or Joe Musashi), no?

The game is Shinobi, the character the player is using is "Moritsune", who is Hotsuma's older brother.

Kunoichi is actually the sequel's game name (Nightshade in the US). The main character in that game is Hibana.

That's hillarious. I actually played against Ikebukuro Sara a year or so ago in Roppongi. He obviously doesn't play much any more (or didn't) pretty much like myself. He killed me though.

Does Bun Bun Maru still play? He was around for 4 I recall.

BBM plays but he isn't that strong. He doesn't use Wolf anymore, uses Jean as main. I think he pretty much quit though as most of the older VFers are now playing Left 4 Dead as their main game (no joke). Ohsu Akira called me up and asked me to get the game. lol

Some fun trivia, Daimon Lau actually played on my team in Beat Tribe last year. Also, a friend of mine, Akapan, beat the crap out of the Tetsujins back in the beginning of VF3 and they feared/hated him. When Ike Sarah came to Nishispo one day during FT, he saw Akapan playing and immediately challenged him and also changed his PR to Do you remember me.

Gotta love the pissing matches... Sega especially as they generate so much damn money.

I don't get the Left 4 Dead relation though. :?
