I'm hoping to consolidate this issue into one thread for all to see. As far as I know, I, Nomeaz1, and Ganelon have not recieved our packages from you, SaturnGaming. You have told us the post office "messed up" your previous mailings and you resent the packages last Friday. It has been a week since then and still nothing. Please either tell me what is going on with the game I ordered, or refund my money. Sorry to be so harsh--but I have been patient thus far--I sent my payment on JULY 15th. It has been nearly 3 weeks and I still have nothing in my hands. If anyone else has information as to what is going on, please reply to this post. I have never had a problem purchasing merchandise here on these boards and wish to resolve this quickly and easily. Thank you all.

:o Why couldn't I have read this sooner? I just pended up with SaturnGaming involving a white Saturn with Salamander Deluxe Pack and a few PS2 & GC imports... Am I going to fall into the same boat, too? :?

I sent a PayPal payment to SaturnGaming on the 14th of July. After 2 weeks, multiple PM's, and still no games, I was informed that he had problems with the mail and would ship the package again via the possible fastest shipping. Another week passes with no reply to PM's or email and still no games. Finally, last Friday I receive a PM that he has been on vacation and does not know why I have not received my games. He assures me that I will receive my games or a refund by the 11th. Today is the 8th and still no games, so we will see. SaturnGaming - everyone here paid you promptly. The least you could do is return the favor. I still am waiting for my games. Please hold up your end of the transaction and send them.

I bought from him as well. Nothing yet, but I am in Canada, after all... so that could take a bit longer

Well if you paid by Paypal be sure to file a chargeback before the 30 day mark.

I am currently holding off on the complaint...I really want to let this be resolved easily and quickly. The paypal site says to file claims within 45 days of the transaction.

After much worrying and a month after payment--my item was recieved today! Ironically it was the same day I filed my paypal complaint  go figure. Canceled the complaint. Elevator Action Returns is safely in my hands--and in very good condition. Hope everyone else got thier items as well.

:o Games received today. :o I too received my games days after filing a complaint with PayPal (complaint now canceled). However, I am not happy how this turned out over all. Good news: games arrived in fantastic condition. Most were in near mint to mint condition. Prices were quite good. Bad news: the whole shipping fiasco was just plain poor service on your part. Making everyone wait 1 month to receive their items is unacceptable. Finally, I did not receive all the games I bought. I received a note in the box stating that he could not "find" one of the games (PS2 Shienryu) and so he sent me two PS2 games that I have absolutely no use for. While I appreciate the thought, I think it would have shown better etiquette to just refund my money for that game (especially since that was the game I was most interested in).

Agreed. Virtual lack of communication hurt during this little exchange. If SaturnGaming would have at least replyed to pm's--things may have not gotten as heated as they did. Live and learn.

Still no item. Paypal complaint won in my favor but he had no funds. I guess I'll have to resort to going with a chargeback with my CC company and have Paypal bear the responsibility. This cockroach really ought to be banned; doesn't respond to anything but still comes to this site from time to time for no apparent reason.

I hope you all used credit cards. If you did and you haven't already filed a chargeback, you should do so immediately. Mine went through smoothly.
