Post whatever you want, dream of getting, or have already bought yourself for Christmas here.

DISCLAIMER: I am not Santa, nor am I with the FBI.

Here's my list:

-Two Fooly Cooly wall scrolls (one of Haruko on her Vespa, and the other with all of the characters in it; the latter is particularly hard to find, and even more so brand new).

-Rei Ayanami wall scroll.

-Gurren Lagann Hong Kong DVD boxed set (I'm addicted to collecting these) with both movies. I still have not seen this series or the movies, but given Gainax's impressive track record, I'm expecting it to be beyond awesome.

-Outlaw Star HK boxed set.

-Evangelion Iron Maiden Art Book (I still can't believe I got this one sealed for $29).

-Der Mond (A superb collection of Yoshiyuki Sadamoto art works).

-FLCL boxed, all three DVDs sealed, with collector's box (Won in an auction for $40, lol).

-Cencoroll (an interesting anime in the vein of Fooly Cooly, in that it puts large scale, surrealistic creatures in the midst of high school kids. Very Gainax-like).

-Rin: The daughters of Mnemosyne anime boxed set.

-Toppu o Nerae! with subs, on VHS

-Otaku no Video on DVD (Still haven't seen it, can't wait).

-Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi, HK boxed set (saw it a long time ago, didn't think much of it, but decided to give it another try).

-A Newtype issue with Nono -- of Diebuster! fame -- on the cover, which is sealed and comes with a DVD sampler.

-A car that won't explode.

-A LIFE SIZED CANTI:

That guy is one lucky bastard!

Aren't those Hong Kong anime DVD sets total bootlegs? I have a Gundam X set somewhere back in New York. The video transfer was shit, but the hilariously bad subtitles made it fun to watch anyways.

Yup. They are. But I'm willing to take the risk because,

1. They are super cheap, but in physical form. I can't stand watching anime through a torrent on my computer, because I like having something on my shelf to admire.

2. They look SUPER cool! Check it out:

I love 'em both, though. And you're totally right, I could get a shitty copy with bad subs. But Animeniacs is apparently really good about taking returns and giving you a new set if your copy is defected. Of course, fan subs are just the luck of the draw.

That sounds like fun. Terrible dubs and subs are great.

Getting Ableton Live 8 (upgrade). Got it sorted. All I want from Santa is the time to really use it.

Since the weather here very much looks like Christmas with snow,
I hope it still works with a Vewlix for beginning the new year.
Otherwise, I give myself and my girlfriend a lot of health and all the others here.
Hope that gives it in the next year for good games from Cave. :)
