Postby CaptainAmazing » Mon May 03, 2004 3:44 pm

Can anyone suggest some good japanese candy? I have had the following: Pocky Mango bubbilicious Shigi kix (which is a great sour lemon candy, if you like sour stuff try and get some of this!!!)

Yeah, Pocky is all over the place. There's like a million different kinds. Chup Chaps are pretty big here, but I don't think they're Japanese.

pocky is great.. the company (glico) also does lots of other stuff which is all good... mostly! pretz are same as pocky (baked sticks) but they are without chocolate and come in flavours like tomato, honey and more obscure stuff!

The Curry flavor rules. Period. Tidbit. 11/11 is Pocky and Pretz day. Honest.

There are these small packs of chocolate chip cookies, I can't think of the name right now, but you get about 20 for 75 yen, damn near a deal in my book. Don't forget Haichews (starburst type chewy candy) or Coolish (Slushy-ish, eat it like a gel packet).

The Puchi cookies are awesome, especially the White Chocolate flavor.
