Link exchange with VGDen

Postby lkermel » Fri Sep 22, 2006 7:08 pm

Hi Gaijin Punch,

I've had in mind to contact you for a long time, so here we go !!
I'm the webmaster of Video Game Den where I mainly cover the PC Engine system, the Famicom Disk and Super Famicom. More japanese systems will come soon. Anyway, I was wondering if you would be interested to do a link exchange with your site...

Thanks for your help :)

That's quite a collection of reviews you've got there. I'd be happy to post it in the links section... I will do that tomorrow. Gotta crash now. It's way too late.

Thanks a lot mate !

I wasn't home this week end, but I'll add your link first thing this evening.

I've always wanted to share my hobby with other players, and VGDen is the result of that. I've been going through your site for many years, even when it was 'Japanese Gaming', and it definitively inspired me. I'm also delighted to add Gamegai to my list of links.

Take care and keep up the great work !!!

Hi Gaijin,

I had some problems with my host and I had to change my site's URL... Video Game Den is back but it has now a new URL (please look at the the link in my signature as I don't seem to be able to directly include the URL in the message)

Do you think you could update your link page ?

Thanks a lot :)

Nb. Don't seem to be able to display my sig... the URL is videogameden[dot]com :)

Updated the link in the links section. Nice layout.

Question(s):

1: When you have credits of a game listed, are you taking them from the version shown (IE, PC-Engine version for Chiki Chiki Boys)?

2: Mind if I swipe them for the staff roll project?

Thanks :)

I copy the credits from the staff list at the end of the game, and yes they usually come from the version shown. I say "usually" as I sometimes (rarely) copy them from the American version's end credits - this is the case, for instance, for Super Mario Kart or Zelda No Densetsu for the Super Famicom.
You're welcome to use them for your staff roll project, no problem :)

Cheers! I need to go through your site a bit more. I like the layout, and seems that you're fair about most games. ;)
